Mini planets: 3D 360-degree stereographic projections by David Jackson

Its very interesting. Stereographic projections are awesome and wonderful.

David explains: "Every mini planet is made up of up to 100 photographs, but most tend to be around 50-60 photos. The challenge is in finding the perfect spot, to capture the surroundings without over-emphasising some features to the detriment of the rest of the image. The image taking can be done in less than 10 minutes. Care needs to be taken in the order of images taken and keeping a good overlap between the images. The computer work is the time-consuming part and can take up to a day per image.
